Make-A-Wish Alabama helps create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. It grants wishes in all 67 counties of the state and has granted more than 850 wishes since its inception as an independent 501c3 in September 2012. The Trailblaze Challenge is a hiking endurance program that gives participants the opportunity to hike a 26.3 mile journey along the terrain of the Pinhoti Trail in one day, while also helping grant life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.
